Because we sell perishable food items, Pleasant Bluff Pecans does not accept returns or exchanges.
We take great care to ensure your pecans arrive fresh and in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Conditions

Refunds or replacements are only issued for orders with valid proof of damage or error.

We cannot offer refunds due to taste preferences or delays caused by postal carriers once the order has shipped.

All refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
